Based on the Survey as of 2009, it was found out that a total of two thousand one hundred ten (2,110) families are living in the danger zones. Families living within typhoon prone areas/seashore totalled 885 while there are 230 families residing in insurgency critical areas and 995 families in flood prone areas.

 

A Core Housing Project  was implemented in Atimonan  with total beneficiaries of twenty-one (21) families. This project which is located at Barangay Tagbakin, and was established on May 19, 1989. It was being supervised and monitored by the Provincial and Municipal Offices of Social Welfare and Development.

 

Currently, another Housing Project under the Core Shelter  Assistance Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development was started at Barangay Inaclagan with a total of forty (40) beneficiaries.
