As mandated, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) is implementing the following programs:

 

Family Planning and Community Welfare Program, Woman Welfare Program, Child and Youth Welfare Program, Emergency Assistance Program and Program for Disabled Persons and Elderly with individuals from various clientele groups who are most vulnerable to poverty as their target beneficiaries.

 

Twenty seven (27) out of forty-two (42) barangays have established day care centers wherein four (4) of them are located in the poblacion.
