Atimonan's major sports center is Balagtas Sports Complex located at Barangay Zone IV-poblacion and the grounds of Atimonan Central School. There are parks at Barangay Angeles-the Ate Monang Park and at the Church Plaza in front of the Roman Catholic Church.

Aside from these leisure and recreational facilities in the municipality, local and foreign tourist can be complemented with 16 restaurants; 10 refreshment parlors/fast food; 6 videoke bars and a Bingo/Lotto Center.
